Adio Mare has been navigating the course set by Klaudio Bojić for years. The traditional Dalmatian cuisine is still the main strength of the restaurant that keeps Korčula traditions, with the gastronomic advances specific to an island. It is best to try the seasonal dishes. Worth trying are Žrnovski macaroni with shrimp, cod al bianco a la Klaudijo, the fish popara, and Korčula version of pašticada. In summer season best bets are grilled fish, mussels, and the risotto Adio Mare.
