Boškinac is a synonim for everything that makes Pag a unique gastronomy address. Cheese, lamb, olive oil, fish, wild herbs, wine…The cuisine is a joint effort of  chef Ivica Badurina and owner of Boškinac Boris Šuljić, who is also a chef and a very good winemaker.  The make creative versions of old local dishes, with utmost respect for local ingredients and traditions. At Boškinac’s you can sit ona sumptuous terrace surrounded by intense fragrances of Mediterranean vegetation and impressively loud crickets, and enjoy their slowly roasted short ribs served with wild edible herbs, asparagus soup with fresh curd and dried mutton, pork with ginger and scallion creme or lamb carpaccio with powdered olive oil made from ancient olive trees of Lun…Boškinac has a solid wine list which includes top Croatian wines and their excellent Boškinac and Gegić, as well as good grappas and prošek.
