Cantinetta’s owner and chef Tomo Računica has placed an emphasis on traditional Skradin dishes – eel, koprtlje (a smoked meat and lamb offal dish), Skradin risotto, ćokalice (small fish) – as well as local ingredients prepared in a contemporary way. In Cantinetta you can try old and almost forgotten recipes which have been brought back to life, and there is also a tasting menu with a series of gastronomic variations of the same ingredients used in the preparation of traditional dishes.
