Carpaccio is one of best managed restaurants in Croatia. In six years since it had opened as Italian restaurant by most general definition, they profiled their cooking more precisely and reduced the fixem menu, so guests today mostly order daily specialties from the blackboard. Carpaccio is first in the city to offer fresh porcini in season, they regularly have first class truffles, risotto comes with big scampi, selection of olive oils is quite good for this part of the country, while the wine list includes international superstars like Masseto and Solaia. Carpaccio is a hotspot of Zagreb social scene. Reservation is a must.
