Didov san is an old-fashioned eatery operating on two locations, Gornji grad and Kajzerica, that thinks it should attract guests with huge portions of food. But here they face a huge problem – they can’t cook. To be more precise, they cook by the standards of 50 years ago, when calorie count and fat were main criteria of so called local  “home” cuisine.  Even frog legs in prosciutto here are almost unbearably fatty. Frog legs and local eels from Neretva are the most interesting things on the menu. Cheese with sage from Pag Island is worth trying.
