Perfect view of the harbour and the Pakleni islands are just one of diVino’s strengths. The other is dishes based on traditional island and Mediterranean cuisine with creative departures from tradition. As well as interesting degustation courses, the menu also features a combination of Mediterranean dishes prepared in a Hvar style (lobster and white fish bouillon with white fish ravioli and potato cream), international dishes (beef carpaccio, foie gras torchon, black truffle and smoked duck breast risotto…) and Dalmatia dishes with fresh fish and lobster.
