Trogir’s first true fine dining restaurant is located in the heart of the historic old town. Don Dino’s trademark is the creative cuisine of chef Ivan Pažanin, with his personal take on traditional Dalmatian gastronomy with Mediterranean influences. Emphasis on the fish menu is on the first class ingredients; fish, crabs and molluscs. They also offer aged Kobe and Black Angus, homemade pappardelle, pljukanci and pasti agnolotti. You can taste chef’s mark in every dish. Pažanin makes veal french rack and rib-eye Black Angus sous vide with polenta, truffles and caramelised leeks with port sauce, baby salad with goat cheese and red onion marmalade. Smoked octopus steak is served with scampi demi-glace, red rice and fennel. Don Dino has a picturesque terrace, a solid selection of wines from all Croatian regions and a big selection of desserts from their patisserie.
