Chef Marko Krolo is a contemporary Mediterranean cuisine specialist who promotes local food icons like gregade, lamb pašticada or fish with a modern twist.The menu features dishes such as shark steak  (kao marendaške namirnice) with Granny Smith apple, monkfish with mashed potato flavoured with saffron with a cauliflower mousse, oxtail in demi-glace sauce with gnocchi filled with cheese, or lamb pašticada with gnocchi gratin. The restaurant has a wonderful ambience, with tables situated under old stone arches.
