Managed by Radovani family, this tavern is well known for its fish, fish gregada, excellent pašticada, clams risotto, boiled meat in tomato salsa and Dalmatian brunches, traditional ‘by spoon’ dishes.  At Hvaranin, gnocchi are homemade as is bread and deserts like traditional flan “rožata”. House wine used to be the weak spot of the tavern, but it improved significantly as they started to sell Matošević wines.
