Chef Jadran Grančić is bringing new life into this traditional seafood restaurant with his creativity and presentations. Fish and meat dominate, but lately he takes guests to interesting gastronomical trips with steaks, desserts such as lavender and pistacchio cake, meat fillet with creme and dehydrated prunes sauce with homemade macarons, wild mushroooms and pecorino risotto, duck breast with prošek and cherry sauce, celery and truffles soup or wild hog fillet with celery and chocolate sous vide.
