Brothers Josip and Nikola Kustić manage popular Kolan’s tavern Konoba Giardin, known for its traditional Dalmatian fish and meat dishes. The meat is, of course, famed lamb from Pag Island, grilled, cooked in a stew with homemade macarons, or in many other styles. Worth trying are octopus, monkfish and lamb under the bell, as well as a selection of Pag Island cheese and fresh curd – skuta.
