The Jugović family’s Konoba Kopačina located in the small and idyllic Donji Humac, is famed for its selection of Brač specialities. Lamb pâté is served with homemade bread. The excellent Brač lamb on the spit, or the špica if smaller pieces of meat are roasted, is obligatory. Worth trying are vitalac – Brač lamb offals on the spit, homemade curd – skuta and sheep’s cheese, as well as local hrapačuša cake.
