Kormoran is situated at the entrance of national park Kopački rit, one of the most fascinating places in Croatia. Named after cormorant birds that dominate the local landscape, Kormoran got big media attention when Prince Charles and Dutchess of Cornwall had lunch there during their visit to Baranja earlier this year. Kormoran’s team insists on first class local ingredients and good cooking with an original interpretation here and there. Especially worth tasting are fish dishes like pike mini burgers, grilled zander, fork-roast carp, veal roast with baby potatoes and kulen.
