There are two stories of Laganini. One tells of a favourite lounge bar situated in edenesque bay where you can enjoy an exclusive selection of Champagnes, spirits and food.  Another story is about microcosm of one of top Croatian chefs Hrvoje Zirojević. The best way to enter this microcosm is to try his cold sea plate: a miraculous combination of eight bites full of flavours of the sea and island ingredients. Lemon sorbetto with raw shells, brodetto jelly, monkfish tripes, papardelle with Little Neck Clams, spider crab, homegrown yellow cherry tomatoes and dried bottarga of mullet are Zirojević’s creative cuisine hits.
