Milan is one of those veteran restaurants most affected by global economic crisis and its aftermath. Many such restaurants closed their doors but some, like Milan, proudly survive. Guests’ absence is visible in every detail.  There’s no need for baking bread twice a day nor there is a fish galore on the entrance. Milan adapted to new circumstances reducing the menu but not the prices. But they still cook good, with the same team in the kitchen as before. It’s traditional cuisine without extreme combinations of tastes and textures. The food is still technically impeccable, the tastes are clean and simple, dishes attractive and elegantly served. Decorative fireplace is still burning and the service kept its high standards.
