It’s usually too hot on the terrace and too warm and stuffy inside. Opened wines are undrinkable. Why should anybody come to More, then? Because it’s the place where you eat well. The owner is a former fishermen, meaning he knows fish and knows hot to get top stuff. He cooks very well, because he had learned a lot fishing, sailing and cooking for his crew – bad cooking doesn’t pay in those circumstances, does it? Furthermore, More has a real chef, and she knows how to work with fish. The rest of More’s staff is extremely friendly, diligent and charming. Fish is from daily catch or it is bought from wandering fishermen that drop by. It is expertly prepared without being “perfected” with supermarket oil, dry parsley and Chinese garlic. Seafood pastas are solid.
