Chef Zlatko Marinović is symbol of Noštromo, a restaurant next to the city fish market. A small restaurant is on the first floor, above a cafe. Imaginatively prepared fish dishes are Marinović’s trademark both in form of traditional Dalmatian cuisine and author’s creations like sea eggs, devilfish gregada, limpet risotto and fish soups. Unfortunately, the quality of the food depends on whether Marinković is in the kitchen.
