Located away from the tourist bustle, Passarola built a reputation relatively quickly thanks to its idyllic terrace and a number of excellent chefs who worked in its kitchen. The menu is still made up of good-quality local ingredients, fresh fish and meat, and the usual selection of Dalmatian dishes with a personal creative touch. Worth trying at Passarola are Adriatic squid filled with hummus, lamb pašticada with rosemary polenta or macarons with herbs from Hvar Island.
