Chef Marko Gajski bases his seasonal menus on imaginative deconstructions and constructions of traditional Dalmatian and Mediterranean dishes in this restaurant opened in a reconstructed secession villa with a large summer terrace. Prices are a bit lower than in other restaurants of this (high) rank, and 5 courses tasting menus are particularly worth noting. Perivoj’s patisserie chef Tea Mamut authors the best deserts in the city, making this restaurant one of the favourite afternoon places in Split.
