To make it immediately clear, this charming little tavern would be named Kod Jože would it be located in Zagorje. Pino is in fact Josip, Kuhar by second name, meaning chef, born in village of Kuhari near Žminj. Josip-Pino teaches in cooking school so dealing with food is not something strange to him. He is a top expert on traditional Istrian cuisine and one of its best interpreters. If you drop by, you will see that masters don’t need a lot of time to spawn small miracles. Good place to visit if you find yourself in central Istria, but only by appointment.
