Rino tavern was opened 1988. It was well received from day one, thanks to great ingredients and charcuterie from the family estate near Grožnjan. Homemade gnocchi, fusi and farfalle with truffles, asparagus, boškarin goulash, donkey meat, wild game and hen žgvacet make Rino’s brand.  Counting all this we shouldn’t forget to mention the owner of this popular tavern, winemaker Rino Prelac. His well known refošk should be paired with fiorentinas, steaks, rump-steaks, sausages and ombolo from wood grill. Prelac also makes a good muškat and olive oil.
