Arka, run by Ante Pižić, a grandmaster of preparing Skradin risotto, is only open during the summer (nautical) season from the end of April until October 20. Pižić prepares suitable bites with selected wines and breakfast for sailors, but also offers wonderful prosciutto. By prior arrangement he prepares the best Skradin risotto as well as light meals such as ribs or stir-fried shrimp. A must for sailors, before and after a summer sail.
