Apart from the rating for a unique position which will certainly not change in the future, the remaining ratings from this review are subject to change. Hopefully they will improve. This is important to state at the beginning, given that my Sunday lunch was wrapped up alongside the tradesmen who came to install shelving and external counters in the newly opened Sopravento, located in the Pomer ACI marina. This important restaurant, as well as the entire marina, was renovated for almost two years, and had been open for only five days, so the ratings are conditional. Everything is still is the harmonisation phase, so we will explain the modest offer of fresh seafood, the disorientated waiters, and the inaccuracies in the wine list (in which, for example, the vintage is not indicated) as being early teething problems. Most importantly, the food is well-cooked and looks nice on the plate. With time, I am certain, the portions will become smaller and, for some dishes, the light version will be offered.
