Thoroughly renovated hotel Park on Bačvice beach has a new Chef Nikola Eterović, who brought with him significant changes, such as Chef’s table and seasonal menus modernised by choice of Dalmatian/Mediterranean fusion dishes and new presentation. Eterović uses top local and imported ingredients, and wine list is pretty decent. Terrace is still one of this restaurant’s major assets.
