Torcida restaurant offers traditional Dalmatian food including fish, but chef Marica Šuperba’s signature dish is her famous lamb from Boraje area in the Šibenik hinterland. Especially popular is spit roasted lamb with peas, boiled lamb with potatoes and lamb roasted under the bell. Dalmatian prosciutto is worth of attention as well as homemad sheep cheese served with bread baked under the bell. They use the same roasting technique on veal, cock, turkey and octopus.
