One of the most renowned Croatian sommeliers Siniša Lasan used to work in this restaurant, so wines are still a better part of their repertoire. At Trilogija they offer all the important Croatian wines including some rarities like Bura from Pelješac peninsula. The food is eclectic, with Italian, French and Oriental influences and there are some local dishes such as baked cow cheese. Ingredients are good but at times they can be inferior. The restaurant is on an ideal location between two tourist attractions -Kamenita vrata and the 14th century pharmacy K Crnom orlu.
